  1. Recently, vg.no published an article by Trond Noren Isaksen in which he expressed his opinion that the King should remove his daughter's title "Princess". According to Isaksen, there have been too many times when the Princess has gone against the agreement she had with the King. It seems as though the Princess follows the adage " better to ask forgiveness than ask permission". I would be interested in your opinion if you care to give it.

  2. I am not sure if my opinion is that important, but as you ask. I agree with Trond Norén Isaksen. The main issue is that Princess Märtha Louise's words hardly ever match her actions. At the end her actions - violating her agreement with the royal house and the disrespect she has shown her father and brother - have to have consequences. The crown prince has signalled that there will be new talks later this fall. I think it would be easier for all parts (the royal house, herself and the public) that she renounces her title, or that it is taken away from her. The challenge is of course that she will always be her father's daughter and that her activities most likely create headlines (and thus overshadow the work by the King, Queen and the Crown Prince couple) whether she has a title or not ...
