Royal portraits auction in Paris

For those of you who don't follow the updates on the European Royals Message Board or the Franco-Iberian Royals Message Board regularly and therefore have missed the links to the upcoming royals portraits auction in Paris, I thought it would be a good idea to repost the link here as well (go here).

248 portraits, many of them of well-known royals and nobles in the 19th century, are for sale. The auction takes place at the auction house Hotel Drouot in 32, rue Drouot on Friday 4 May 2012, and the portraits will be on display from Tuesday 2 May onwards. If you are not able to visit the auction house or have no means to make a bid, then at least you are able to enjoy the beautifully illustrated auction catalogue.
